Terri’s Quinoa & Basmati Mix (tastes like fried rice)

1 cup precooked Quinoa (cook using 2 tbsp Knorrs liquid chicken condensed broth)
I cup precooked Basmati Rice
I red pepper, diced & sautéed
I yellow pepper, diced & sautéed
1/2 cup red onion, diced & sautéed
1 cup zucchini, diced and sautéed
2 cups mushrooms, sliced & sautéed

Cook all vegetables.
Add quinoa & rice
Add low sodium soya sauce to taste
Pepper to taste.
