Who needs Ice Cream?
1 Frozen Mango ( I cut mango into pieces before I freeze it )
1 Frozen Banana
Raw Hemp Seeds – 3 table spoons
Cinnamon – to taste
Hemp Seeds have been one of my favorite superfoods lately, they have a very nutty delicious taste. Three tablespoons of hemp seeds contain 10 g of complete protein, 50% of your daily phosphorus, 50% of your daily magnesium, 25% of your daily Zinc and 15% of Iron, as well as Omega 3 and Omega 6.
Preparations – super easy!
Blend all the ingredients in a blender, but leave 1 table spoon of hempseeds out and place it on top before serving. Or you can just blend mango, banana and cinnamon and mix inn hemp seeds whole, your choice. I love it both ways.
P.S. Be creative…think strawberries,kiwi etc…
